Born in 1978, Nihat Kırmızı received his higher education in Communications and Finance. He earned his master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Marmara University. Nihat Kırmızı, who continues to work in various fields of finance and participation, is also the founder of Turkey's first cooperative participation insurance company. He holds senior executive positions in numerous companies in finance, education, healthcare, and industry. He is Chairman of the Board of Doğa Sigorta, a member of TÜSİAD (Turkish Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association), Galatasaray Sports Club, Vice President of GSYİAD (Gross Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association), a member of the Şanlıurfa Foundation Board of Directors, and serves on numerous non-governmental organizations.
