The procedures that graduating students must follow to receive their diplomas:
1) Click the Graduate tab on https://ois.topkapi.edu.tr/ and log in by entering your username and Turkish ID number as your password. Your username must be written in lowercase letters and without any combined English characters
(example: yilmazgenc) .

1) Click the Graduate tab on https://ois.topkapi.edu.tr/

2) After logging in to OİS, click the red checkmark on the left and click the " Request Dismissal " button.

3) A survey will appear. Completely fill out the required information in the survey.

4) If you have indicated your employment status as employed, click the "Employment Information" button and enter the required information.

5) After completing the survey, your dismissal process will begin. During this process, the units that require approval to terminate your dismissal will be displayed on the screen.

If the "Status" appears as "Approved" in all units, you can come to the Student Affairs Office in person to collect your diploma.

If the Status of any unit shows "Not Approved," you can contact the relevant unit to have it approved.

Procedures for students who have lost their diplomas
: • Students who have lost their diplomas must submit a petition to their faculty/directorate by placing an advertisement in a Turkish newspaper, publishing the announcement, and submitting the petition.
• Once the application is accepted and the diploma is ready, they can go to the Student Affairs Office to collect their diplomas. New diplomas now include the phrase "second copy."

: A diploma is a document that must be received in person. Students who cannot receive it in person can receive it through a person to whom they have provided a notarized power of attorney. (Those granted a notarized power of attorney must bring the original power of attorney and a photocopy of their ID.)
