GRADUATION EXAM REQUIREMENTS
- Students who do not pay will be considered not registered for the graduation exam!
- On the graduation exam application screen, you can see all the courses you've conditionally passed and failed. If you've failed a course with a letter grade of FF or FD when applying, you should first retake the failed courses. If your GPA is below 2, you can also choose from courses with conditional grades (DD, DC, or CD).
- Applications cannot be made for internship courses.
- First year students cannot apply.
- Students who cannot complete 85% of 240 ECTS (204) for undergraduate programs, 120 ECTS (102) for associate degree programs, and students who have not taken any courses cannot apply for the exam.
- Students who have failed a course due to absence cannot apply for that course.
Application Procedures
Applications for the graduation exam will be made via ois.topkapi.edu.tr .
1. Log in to the ois.topkapi.edu.tr Student Automation. - To log in, you must enter your username, student number, and your Turkish ID number for your password. - If you have changed your password and forgotten your current password, you can request a new one from the "Forgot Your Password" section. 2. Click "Graduation Exam Application" on the Course Operations page.
3. On the application screen, you will first be selected for courses with letter grades of FF or FD for the courses you failed. Select the course(s) you wish to apply for and click the save button.
4. If your GPA is below 2.00, you can optionally select courses with letter grades DC, DD, or CD. Select the course(s) you wish to apply for and click the save button.
5. Once the course selection process is completed, make your payment to accounting.
You will be able to see the amount to be paid for the selected course(s) on OİS.
- Students who wish to pay in cash can deposit their tuition fees to the bank IBAN numbers listed below. The payment receipt must be submitted to the student accounting department.

- Students who wish to pay by credit card can log in to https://ois.topkapi.edu.tr/fi/eodeme with your Turkish ID number and complete their payments online in 5 interest-free installments from the credit card payment section.
