The Internship and Career Center was established within our university to contribute to the professional development of our students , create their career plans , and build bridges with the business world .

The main objectives of our center are:

• To provide guidance to students in compulsory and voluntary internship processes ,

• Providing career consultancy on topics such as CV preparation, interview techniques and job search strategies ,

• Organizing career days and seminars that bring together employers and students ,

• To provide information about national and international internship/job opportunities,

About Internship Exemption

• If the student has been working full-time in a field or institution related to his/her department for the last 3 months, part-time in the last 6 months, or owns an institution related to his/her department, he/she may be exempt from the internship. 

• If a student is actively working at an institution related to their department, the required documents are as follows: Insurance statement for the last 3 months if full-time, or the last 6 months if part-time, a signed and stamped employment document from the institution (job description must be clearly stated), a petition stating that they wish to be exempt from the internship, and a Student Internship Registration Form. Associate degree students must submit it to the Internship and Career Center, and undergraduate students must submit it to the designated person(s) at the Faculty.

• If the student is an institution owner related to the department, the required documents; Signature circular, Tax certificate, Petition stating that he/she wants to be exempt from the internship and Student internship registration form are filled out and submitted to the Internship and Career Center for associate degree students and to the person or persons assigned to the Faculty for undergraduate students.

* Students who are actively working at an institution related to their department may benefit from the exemption. Past work or active work outside of their department cannot be counted as exemptions.
