1 - 27 July 2025 | Faculty members have the performance evaluation files ready and upload them to the system. |
1 - 27 July 2025 | Supervisors complete their evaluations online. |
28 July - 3 August 2025 | Committee reviews the files. |
6 August 2025 | Release of the evaluation results. |
7 - 11 August 2025 | Evaluatees may appeal to the Committee regarding their evaluation results. Evidence must be provided for formal appeals. |
12 - 14 August 2025 | Committee hears and reviews the appeals, and make a decision accordingly. |
15 August 2025 | Final results will be communicated to the evaluatees. |
