Academic Year 2025 - 2026 June Re-Registration Offer
TO THE ATTENTION OF CURRENT STUDENTS
We have a re-registration offer for our current students, allowing tuition payments either by cash or instalments. The offer will be valid only until 30 June 2025.
CASH PAYMENT
If you choose to pay the annual tuition fee in full in advance, transfer the fund directly to the University's IBAN. Make sure you type your "Student Name and Surname" and "Turkish Identity Number" in payment details.
NAME OF THE RECIPIENT: İSTANBUL TOPKAPI ÜNİVERSİTESİ
After you have made the payment, complete your re-registration by logging in to https://ois.topkapi.edu.tr/fi/eodeme using your Turkish ID number, and tick the option "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement" (“Sözleşmeyi okudum ve onaylıyorum).
PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD
Log in to https://ois.topkapi.edu.tr/fi/eodeme using your Turkish ID number and complete your re-registration online by paying with credit card, with up to five (5) instalments and zero instalment charge. We accept the following cards: BONUS - MAXSİMUM - AXESS - FİNANSBANK - WORD - ZİRAAT - PARAF.
PAYMENT IN INSTALMENTS WITH OVERDRAFT ACCOUNT
The University also offers an option of some down payment plus instalments with charges up to nine (9) instalments. First, you need to go to one of the nearest branch of Albaraka Türk or Yapıkredi and make you payment in instalments, then log in to https://ois.topkapi.edu.tr/fi/eodeme using your Turkish ID number. Complete your re-registration by ticking the option "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement" (“Sözleşmeyi okudum ve onaylıyorum).
Please note that if you are to pay in instalments at bank, you need to bring your “income certificate” and e-Devlet (e-Government) passcode with you.
