Dear students,

In accordance with Article 44 (c) of the Turkish Higher Education Act No. 2547, “Students must complete two-year associate degree programmes in a maximum of four years, four-year undergraduate degree programmes in a maximum of seven years, five-year undergraduate programmes in a maximum of eight years, and six-year undergraduate programmes in a maximum of nine years, regardless of whether they register or not for each term, except for the one-year foreign language preparatory classes. The period for completing a programme of study shall begin on the day when the programme courses are first offered by the University. The maximum duration allowed for completing preparatory language classes is two years’’, the matriculation of students who fail to complete their degree programme in the maximum time allowed will be removed.

Final-year students who have not completed their study programme in the maximum period allowed must apply via the OIS on the announced dates.

Username: Username should be your first and last name typed without spaces in between. Please do not use Turkish characters. E.g. ezgiyurekturk

Password: Your Turkish Republic ID number 

How to Apply

1) On Ders İşlemleri (Course Actions) section, “Azami Süre Ek Sınav Başvurusu” (Maximum Study Period Application for Supplemental Exam) page, select the course for which you will take an exam and save it. Once the course selection is completed, the amount you are required to pay will appear on the screen.

2) Payment must be made to the Finance Office of the University. Your application will be accepted once the payment is made, otherwise it will not be considered. 

Associate degree (fee per credit): TRY 4.553

Undergraduate (fee per credit): TRY 7.588
