Students are supported in completing internships in private, public, or non-governmental organizations according to the departments they are studying. Additionally, the unit works to provide all necessary support for students in the transition from academic life to professional careers. To take planned and informed steps during this transition process, the unit supports the organization of sector visits and seminars within the scope of "Career Days" and "Professional Development" courses, where profession and industry introductions are made for students. With the participation of experienced and successful professionals working in the industry, students gain detailed knowledge about their professions and have the opportunity to get to know industry companies more closely through interviews and workshops. The training provided also teaches students how to create a resume that will make a difference in their professional lives and interview techniques.
In addition to all these stakeholder collaborations, under the protocol signed with İŞKUR, our students have the right to participate in the "On-the-Job Training Program" throughout their educational life. This allows students to experience the industry while continuing their studies and provides them with the privilege of earning money with insurance package provided by İŞKUR. Within the scope of the "On-the-Job Training Program," internship placements are provided to students according to their departments, and existing job opportunities are communicated to graduate students. Similarly, during "Career Days," İŞKUR officials also conduct informational activities at the university.
