Abstracts and papers should be submitted only through the online system on the congress website. Documents sent by e-mail or through the postal service will not be accepted.
Registration Requirements
The congress language is English.
The congress will be held at İstanbul Topkapı University, Kazlıçeşme Campus. The language of presentation will be left to the preference of the participants as Turkish or English. For researchers who cannot attend in person, a pre-recorded video presentation option will be available. The specifications for the video format and technical requirements will be provided in a subsequent announcement.
Application and Evaluation Process
The Organizing and Scientific Committee will evaluate research abstracts submitted by participants. Extended abstracts that are accepted will be announced for inclusion in the congress program.
Abstract Format
Abstracts should only be submitted using the template provided. The following information, as specified in the template, should be included in the abstract submission.
Title
Author(s) full name, title, institution, email address
Author photo
Short CV (maximum 100 words paragraph indicating the author's field of study)
Keywords (minimum 3, maximum 5)
Abstract text (maximum 500 words)

Bildiri özetleri yalnızca kongre web sitesi üzerinden online sistem aracılığıyla gönderilmelidir. E-posta ya da posta yoluyla gönderilen bildiriler kesinlikle kabul edilmeyecektir.
Başvuru şartları
Kongre dili İngilizcedir.
Kongre, İstanbul Topkapı Üniversitesi Kazlıçeşme Yerleşkesi'nde yüz yüze gerçekleştirilecektir. Sunum dili Türkçe veya İngilizce olarak katılımcının tercihine bırakılmıştır. Yüz yüze katılım sağlayamayan araştırmacılar için önceden kaydedilmiş video sunum seçeneği mevcuttur. Video formatı ve teknik gereklilikler ileriki süreçte duyurulacaktır.
Başvuru ve Değerlendirme Süreci
Katılımcıların gönderdiği araştırma özetleri Düzenleme ve Bilim Kurulu tarafından değerlendirilecektir. Kabul edilen araştırmalar, kongre programına alınmak üzere açıklanacaktır.

Bildiri özetleri yalnızca belirlenmiş şablona uygun biçimde gönderilmelidir. Bildiri özet gönderiminde şablonda da belirtilen, aşağıdaki bilgiler yer almalıdır:

Yazar(lar)ın adı-soyadı, unvanı, kurumu, e-posta adresi
Yazarın fotoğrafı
Kısa özgeçmiş (yazarın çalışma alanlarını belirten, maksimum 100 kelimelik paragraf)
Anahtar kelimeler (en az 3, en fazla 5 adet)
Bildiri özet metni (1000-1500 kelime-referanslar dahil değildir)
