2025 KA131 program dönemi kapsamında, 2026-2027 Akademik Yılı Güz ve Bahar dönemi Öğrenci Öğrenim ve Staj Hareketliliğinden faydalanmak isteyen öğrencilerin aşağıda belirtilen başvuru ve İngilizce dil sınav (ya da eşdeğer) kriterlerini yerine getirmeleri gerekmektedir.

Bilgilendirme toplantısı 3 aralik 13.00 da kazlıçeşme Kampüsü G Blok Konferans Salonunda yapılacaktır.

Başvuru Kriterleri:

1. Öğrenciler, 18 Kasım – 23 Aralık 2025 tarihleri arasında resmi başvurularını “E-devlet” üzerinden 23 Aralık 2025 tarihi, saat 23.59’a kadar tamamlamaları gerekir. Başvurusu bulunmayan ya da başvurusunu sistem üzerinden tamamlamayan öğrenciler değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.

Başvurular sadece dijital olarak belirtilen e-devlet adresi üzerinden alınmaktadır. Bunun dışında elden hiçbir başvuru alınmayacaktır.

2. Ön lisans ve Lisans öğrencileri için 2.20/4.0, Yüksek Lisans ve Doktora için ise 2.50/4.0 ağırlıklı ders ortalamasına sahip olmak (ağırlıklı not ortalaması belli olmayan birinci sınıf öğrencileri başvuru yapabilir ancak sıralamaya girebilmeleri için lise mezuniyet ortalaması 75/100 ve üzeri olmalıdır. yatay geçiş öğrencilerinin üniversitemizde ilk dönemiyse geldikleri üniversitedeki son not ortalaması dikkate alınır).

3. Nihai başarı notu hesaplanırken ağırlıklı ders ortalaması %50, yabancı dil bilgisi %50 etki edecektir.

4. Çift ana dalda öğrenim gören öğrenciler aynı başvuru döneminde sadece bir ana daldan hareketliliğe başvurabilirler.

5. Programa sadece örgün öğretime kayıtlı öğrenciler başvuru yapabilir. Uzaktan eğitime kayıtlı öğrencilerin başvuru hakkı yoktur.

6. Üniversitemize kayıtlı, tam zamanlı tüm öğrenciler başvurabilir (hazırlık sınıfı hariç), sıralama Rektörlük tarafından kurulan bir komisyon aracılığı ile hakkaniyet ilkesi çerçevesinde belirlenecek ve Kariyer Kapısı sistemi üzerinden ilan edilecektir.

İngilizce Dil Sınav Kriterleri:
Erasmus+ İngilizce Dil Sınavı başvuruların bitmesinin ardından Kazlıçeşme kampüsünde yüz yüze olarak gerçekleştirilecektir.
Sınavın yapılacağı sınıflar ve Speaking sınavının detayları daha sonra paylaşılacaktır.

Yazılı sınav Listening, Reading, Writing ve Use of English bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır.

Listening bölümü 15 puan / Reading bölümü 20 puan / Writing bölümü 25 puan Use of English 15 puan üzerinden değerlendirilmektedir.

Speaking bölümünün toplam puanı 25'tir.



1. İngilizce Dil Sınavı üniversitemizin Yabancı Diller Bölüm Başkanlığı tarafından hazırlanacaktır. Erasmus Ofisi, bu sınavın herhangi bir aşamasında yer almaz. Bu sınavın haricinde kabul edilecek dil sınavları ve puan koşulları aşağıdaki gibidir:

YDS (en az 60 puan), YÖKDİL (en az 60 puan),
TOEFL iBT (en az 80)

2. Öğrenciler İngilizce Sınavından başarılı sayılabilmeleri için en az 50 ve üzeri puan almak zorundadırlar.

Değerlendirme Kriterleri:

• Not Ortalaması: %50
• Yabancı Dil Sınavı: %50
• Engellilik durumu (belgelendirilmelidir) +10 points
• Gazi/Şehit yakını: +15 puan

The students who would like to participate in the Erasmus+ Student Mobility for Studies or Traineeships for the 2026-2027 academic year should perform the following application and English language exam (or equivalent) process within the scope of the 2025 KA131 programme period.
An informative meeting will be held on 3 December 2025 at 01:00 PM on Kazlıçeşme G blok Conference room
Application Criteria:

1. Students must apply between 18 November – 23 December 2025 and complete their official applications through the "Career Gate" by 23.59 on 23 December 2025. Students who do not apply or who does not complete the application by given time will not be taken into consideration.

2. To have min GPA 2.20 / 4.0 for associate degree or undergraduate and min GPA 2.50 / 4.0 for postgraduate students.

3. The final Erasmus examination result is calculated by %50 English exam result and %50 GPA.

4. Students studying in a double major can apply for mobility from only one major in the same application period.

5. Only students enrolled in formal education can apply to the program. Students enrolled in distance education do not have the right to apply.

6. All full-time students registered at our university can apply (except for the preparatory class), the ranking will be determined by a commission established by the Rectorate within the framework of the principle of equity.

English Language Exam Criteria:

Erasmus+ English Language Exam will be held face-to-face at Kazlıçeşme campus on an announced date after applications are closed.

The classes of the exam and the details of the Speaking exam will be shared later.

The Listening section is evaluated over 15 points / Reading section 20 points / Writing section 25 points, Use of English 15 points

The total score for the Speaking section is 25.



1. The English Language Exam will be prepared by the Foreign Languages Directorate of our university. Erasmus Office is not included in any stages of this exam. Apart from this exam, the following English tests are accepted:

YDS (minimum 60 points), YÖKDİL (minimum 60 points), TOEFL iBT (min 80)

2. Min 50 or above point will be considered successful in the English Language Exam.

• English Exam result: %50
• Students with disability (need to be documented): +10 points
• Students who are children of martyr or veteran soldier (need to be documented): +15 points
• Prior participation (with or without grant): -10 points
• Mobility participation in a country from which the student has a citizenship: -10 points
• Students who have been decided to protect, care or shelter under the Social Services Law No. 2828: + 10 points 
• For students selected for mobility: Failure to attend meetings / trainings related to mobility organized by Istanbul Topkapı University without excuse (if the student reapplies to Erasmus): - 5 points
• Failure to participate in the mobility without a waiver notification while it is selected for mobility: -10 points
• Apply to two types of mobility (study and traineeship) at the same time (reduction is applied to the mobility type preferred by the student): -10 points
• For students selected for mobility: Failure to attend meetings / trainings related to mobility organized by the Higher Education Institution (if the student reapplies to Erasmus): -5 points
• Digital internships +5 points
• For students who declared to take the language exam without an excuse (if the student re-applies to Erasmus): -5 points

3. Taking into account the above criteria, an “Erasmus grade” is calculated for each student. In order to benefit from the mobility, the Erasmus score must be at least 50 out of 100.
